Isnt it supposed to be Group A Winner vs Group B 2nd place and Group A runner up vs Group B Winner and so on?

I just did the seeding based on Pt differencial....

That's not how it was traditionally done. It was supposed to be Group A Winner vs Group B Runner Up and Group A Runner Up vs Group B Winner and so on and then in a tournament bracket like that. Just not as traditional as it used to have been. Oh well
