There's a lot of awful posting going on, here and elsewhere, for 0 cares. Obviously this has pissed you guys off for some reason. But seriously, why? Blowouts get adjusted out of MVP consideration, so it doesn't hurt any of your dots there. Sure, it'll reduce the sample size a bit, so your dots are judged on 15 games instead of 16, but that's no big deal - 15 is still plenty of opportunity for them to show they deserve some silly loltrophy image. And standings? Give me a break - MEM will be a top ranked team, and OC was bound to miss the playoffs, and the game would have been won by MEM (and by a large margin too). At best, OC might have contested for a bubble spot, so wildly throwing a game would only give other teams in that region more opportunity to pass them. Isn't that a good thing?

Was OC even going to score on Monmouth? Maybe like 10 points at most, right? While VC self-banning and SSD getting de-modded certainly hits somewhere on the unintentional hilarity scale, I have to think that islander1's righteous indignation ranks with them.
