Obviously the rome titans only have 4 players so it's not a big deal. Also, it doesn't account for players in decline. One of the highest in USAPL has all season2 players so that isn't going to work for them. Also, some teams still aren't done recruiting. Not to mention that a lot of teams have gone younger to rebuild.

Again. Doesn't really mean that much but is a way to judge teams without knowing about them. Back in seasons 1-8 most people just looked at average level but the effective level is a bit more effective than that though still can be tweaked

I feel bad bringing alpine down with my crappy low lvl SS. Was higher before signing him and i watched it drop a few points We did try to go a bit younger with some guys so hopefully it doesn't bite us in the butt too much and they can be effective in wepl
