He sure as shit isn't a bad coach. Go look at Iowa's recruiting. It's not a blue chip recruit team, not even close. But they still find ways to win. You can not like Iowa, because I sure as hell do not, but their coach is not a bad coach. Saying that just makes you look ridiculous, so stop.

Don't get me wrong, because I think Ferentz is Damn fine coach. But Paul Johnson (now at Georgia Tech, formerly at Navy)

I don't know why...you should have taken it as the realistic matchups they would possibly face. That doesn't include Florida, Bama, and probably not LSU because they'll likely get shafted unless Bama/Florida drops far enough after losing in the SEC championship.

What's the deal with the automatic births if a team is going to the NC? Will that allow a conference to have 3 teams in?

I agree and your question...I think if a conf had a VERY strong year, it's possible but I don't think it will happen this ssn. I doubt LSU makes a bcs game, but it is possible.

I think you'll have UF and Bama in the BCS games...LSU at capital one...a number of teams fighting for outback.

Big ten...OSU in the rose bowl (puke)...Iowa/PSU fighting for capital one/outback.

And Kadafit...you're a UGA fan too. lol that explains it. I'm a UF fan too (raised in Tampa)...can't stand UGA. How did that beatdown in jacksonville taste (again) lol.

And I don't really know why you think middle pack SEC teams are so great. They're not, especially this ssn. In years past when UGA and Tenn were decent you could make that argument, but both teams are not good this ssn. I think if you matched up BIg10 and SECs middle teams, they line up fairly even. PSU, Iowa, maybe wisconsin, could match up with LSU, UGA, Tenn, etc.

I would say top to bottom, GT probably gets more talent then Iowa. But I agree, he has done a good job at GT.

2. Gonna happen.
3. NGTH
4. Probably NGTH.
5. We Are!

And I'll add one more to you list, which has a greater chance of keeping you out over all of those.
6. LSU

LSU can't go if Bama and Florida go. Only 2 teams from a conference can go to the BCS.

He's only been at GT for 2 seasons (this being his second). It's what he did at Navy that makes me say that. Plus the fact that he still manages to be successful running the fucking option.

I think that actually helps him. Teams are usually unprepared for it and it can maximize limited talent imo. When you're running a ton of misdirection like the option gives you...it can make a defense hesitant, and when that happens you can have alot of success with average talent at skill positions/line.

Maybe, but what hurts is not having a QB who can throw the ball. Put a Terrell Pryor or Pat White type player back there, then it is dangerous. As it is, most teams can play man coverage on the WRs and use safeties for run support and just hope if CBs get burned, QB will miss the target.

Yeah yeah. I'm not a blood in UGA fan they are #2. And your 2 beat downs of GA the last 2 seasons don't compare to the beat down and best fucking celebration EVER 2 years ago!!! No one will ever beat that! lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9qm8JROXWc&feature=player_embedded

That celebration is one of the reasons WHY they've gotten 2 beatdowns in a row. You think Meyer forgot that shit? Does it seem worth it now? They would have been better off just taking a TD like a normal team and then maybe UF might have taken it easy(er) on them the past couple games. Nope, instead they have to act like a pee wee team who scored their first TD of their lives.

I agree, Nesbit has been pretty bad throwing the ball.

Honestly, that celebration put a fire under their asses. If they hadn't lost to Tennessee earlier in the season they would have been in the championship against Florida and I believe they were the best team in the Nation by the end of that season. The next season Georgia was ranked #1 even tho Florida were the Champs. But in preseason and during the season they suffered injury after injury after injury which killed them. Enough of the woulda shoulda coulda.

I love Urban Meyer as a coach. I went to the University of Utah for a short period just outta highschool. So I knew of him before his Florida Days. I'm hoping that Notre Dame can steal him away this season. It would be great!
