I think PacMan is the closest link we have to finding anything out on his whereabouts but apparently even he does not have enough info about Pain.

Well if he buys flex, his name might appear on the receipt to Bort, so Bort could give him the name, and then PacMan can look it up on the Internet, and if he can't find it, then there's sites you can pay a couple bucks that might be able to locate his number for you.

That would be nice and probably a good solution to this mystery but I highly doubt that Bort would leak personal information (even if it is only a persons name) out to another subscriber.

His first and last name are two of the most common names you could think of, it'd be nearly impossible to find anything out about him using that, especially considering he lives in a big metropolitan area.

I am hoping that Pain is off kicking ass and taking names in a submarine right now.
