Oh, btw. I own a game that I've ran for the past 4 years with my brother. I started it and founded it. However, he's the main php coder and graphic designer now. Permastoned, one of my gm's, is actually a Moderator on our game. He's good at what he does and he's been a friend of mine since pretty much beta of our game. We aren't popular on alexa, not nearly as we use to be, however we use to run ads. Now we don't run ads anymore and it's only word of mouth. We plan on running alot of ads and we plan on hopping on board with newgrounds by the end of this year. Well, paying for advertising on their site.
We have 5,000 active players. Active as in, have logged in for the past 3 months. It isn't a huge game but I thought you guys would like to check it out, haha. I'm not trying to advertise I was just throwing my game into this thread mix, lol. Maybe you guys would get a good laugh that I'm actually a php coder as well. Well I'm not great at php coding because I don't do a ton of it, however I do a lot of database work and I come up with a lot of the ideas for our game. You guys will bash it, of course. But, I thought it would be fun to post it and let you guys see my website creation side of me, if you will...lol.
http://www.thunderarena.com We are working on a new Faq page that will have tips on each area of each page showing how to play the game. This takes a lot of time. It's still being worked on. Up to this time the game has pretty much been ran by word of mouth with small advertising around beta. Most of the players we have are loyal and know each aspect of the game. Anyways, won't post anymore on it, but I wanted to let you guys know what else I do. KAZAM BABY. I act immature on here, but over there it's all business. They actually know that I can fuck around, a lot. In fact some of them do not take me serious. The internet is a place where anything can happen and it's a place where you can say and do whatever you want. Really, it doesn't matter what people think. Well over there it does but on this game, it doesn't matter what you guys think of me. Since, I'm only an admin now of Thunder Arena and I'm known as the founder, I am not the owner, but I still do a lot of work on it and my brother is the official owner. I still have access to everything and help a lot with everything. I still have control over everything. Credit goes to my brother though with his amazing php coding skills.
Why am I being AT ALL serious on this thread, lol. Well I was just on there doing database work releasing new sets for the players, so I thought I'm going to go post on the bbb #5 forum. They'll get a good laugh at what I also do.
