I hope it goes the retired player way, gives me something to do with my older players that I dont want to retire just for the FP. Also makes you have to be a real veteran to become a coach
Yea, I think it would be quite fun, it would be like an ascension class in other games. It's a sign of s a true vet of the game, a "thank you" for sticking with it for a year+, and really, if someone is going to be a coach, the person making the coach is going to need some serious understanding and ability to work with people.....something which being around longer will tend to cause to happen.

Something that might also be taken into account is the teams chemistry changes.
The Offensive Chemistry bar decides how much of the OCs stats come into play at that time. If the Offensive morale was at 78 then the OCs stats would be lowered 22% of his max stats.
Defensives works with the DC
and Overall works with the Head Coach.
Working with this the Head Coach can have an ability to speed up the Chemistry after each win for example.
This would actually make Chemistry a much larger meaning to the game as it doesn't have much of an effect now.

Kinda thinkin' the same thing. I'd love to be able to have this happen when it's time for some of my players to hang up the cleats. Here's hopin' it's ready by Season 12 at least.
