Roster limits will help with special teams but the problems are still with the VAs. Even with a cap of 53, you can have amazing results with 5-10 dedicated special teams guys. Before I sold my team last season we had 2 dedicated special teamers and they just dominated on special teams, the 2 of them were able to effect the outcome of quite a few games and were a big part of the reason we won the AAA championship. When we agreed to move about half the team up to SDL we partially did it because Jaxx agreed to move his own players to special and we knew the potential of having 20 guys dedicated to special teams.

As many people have previosly mentioned, getting rid of all VAs would definitely help balance out the game.

from 1 perspective, i'm loving this ST's shit, i'm just gonna sit back & enjoy it. like those who had the foresight last season to set up a monster power back. we planned for this to happen(we didn't think we'd get 8 td's in a game. but we planned for this!) i recruited my ASS off & it's paying off so far. i can't wait until our chemistry is back to 100.

Prediction:

- Sim will continue to be out of whack, VA's will stay in place, nothing will be done.
- People will continue to bitch about it, week after week, growing in numbers as fumblitis, big heart, special teams continues to rape them.
- Bort will realize that one of the VA's is overpowered and nerf it.
- Reset will be given.
- All teams will fill with same VA's.
- Games will spiral more out of control.
- The people who right now like VA's because it gives their team an advantage and they are having fun will be ousted round 1 or 2 in the playoffs because they fumbled 7-10 times on special teams or in the game in general.
- Those people bitch and moan as the rest of us just sit back and /facepalm

Then there will be something else....the issue is NOT dedicated ST players, it's the fact that there are VAs that make those players virtually unstoppable...

The sim is still broken, there are now just MORE things that are being abused or just unstoppable..

You got us there, you did get to pros more impressively...must suck to be so highly regarded and ranked and never be able to close out a pro championship.

BTW, the gamblers had never won ANY gold before last season either. The HHW, who I regard as one of the classier GLB franchises rode bort exploits to the pros, MEM has taken advantage of EVERY opportunity to game the game that you could of. Now that a few other teams are ahead of you on their ability to work Bort shallow sim, you are all bitter and complaining.

Honestly, STFU..this will just be another season that Mem gets to the playoffs and can't finish correctly.

BTW the last time you guys won a championship was season 5, when I still owned the dirtballs, that's how long it's been. MEM is a more talented version of Cobra Kai IMO, talk and talk and talk and the results are never there.

When you all were Csonking everybody last season I didn't hear you crying foul....and even with the best powerback in the game in an exploit season you still lost, must sting bro

No offense, but MEM cried as much as anyone for Bort to fix that version of the broken sim. Hell Gart888 was their OC and he openly trashed the sim at every opportunity.

MEM is a top 3 maybe 4 (if not the best) team in the world in any given sim scenario.

Actually, cried isnt the right word. Complained.
