So you are quitting because you are looking at a possible 8-8 season? Also PT two levels of equipment does not = 8 levels it is only 8 skill points so 1.5 levels (5 points per level)

I currently have around 8 players on the team (a couple are starters) that don't have all of their lvl 48 EQ. I'd have to check, but I believe at least 5 of them don't have more than 1 piece. That # doesn't count any of the guys that are just playing special teams. If you add them in, that # goes way up. The 8 are just the guys that are regular starters or the #1 backup to O or D spots. It's really no where as big of a deal as you believe it is. I'm not saying that to insult you, just to show that many teams are at least close to the same boat you're in. Of course, there are a couple teams that are fully equipped at lvl 56 too. However, I firmly believe it's possible to win USA Pro without the EQ. I honestly don't see it as a BFD.

We are trading guys off today so if anyone has interest in the players then feel free to contact them. Please understand that they are rentals and have contracts that expire on day 40 with no interest in returning. I'm trying to be as upfront as possible because I don't want any misunderstandings.

I don't like how he said that once a DB passes the vision check while in zone, he switches over to M2M coverage. If this is the case then it would still render most of the Zone Specialist VA useless
