Based on the criteria below, we could not qualify for Elite because we only had 15 wins in BBB, but since our scouting report is 60, we don't qualify for this one either?? Our entire team is level 34-36 right now, so we'd get killed in Elite. So I am hoing for the #3 below....the discretion and judgment allowance.




t#1 - You are either not eligible for the Elite tournament and your overall scouting report is 57 and under
(eligibility for Elite is: Pro 6 wins, AAA 8 wins, AA 11 wins, A 15 wins, BBB 16 wins)
OR:
#2 - Your overall scouting report is 54 and under and you meet the following minimum win requirements based upon your league at the time the wins were earned:

Pro Level 2 wins or better
AAA Level 4 wins or better
AA Level 6 wins or better
A-BBB Level 8 wins or better
OR:
#3 - a team that is eligible for the Elite but that I feel would be a better fit in the Non-Elite. This is my discretion and judgment only.

Don't qualify - you were eligible for Elite (57 overall and had >11 wins at AA level), because you have 16 starters that are over level 45 will not use discretion to allow in.
