Wrong on many different levels.

1) Some Rippers have been warned and temp. banned.

2) The "people who point out the people who are doing this" are not all innocent. Some had gone into really personal attacks. There is a difference between "Rippers are going crush your team!" and "You are poor, stupid, and will always work in McDonalds."

3) There was guy who sent several insulting PMs to a Ripper, then immediatly blocked all incoming PMs from that Ripper. This guy was attempting to game the system by baiting the Ripper to respond to his jerk comments in public, thus getting the Ripper banned. The guy trying to game the system got off scot free.

4) If you hadn't noticed, all of the Rippers were taking it easy until Mike Rogers decides to throw a unprovoked cheap shot at several Rippers for no reason. It is inaccurate to say that there are Rippers that are only trolling in WEPL and nothing else.



Thats true, Rippers are not the only ones making the forums a waste of space, they are possibly the most visable right now, but only because they clump together and it looks worse than it is.

But it wasnt an unprovoked cheapshot, the provocation was there, if you (Genral usage of you that refers to everyone not just you.) post that you deliberatly want to make a reputation as intentionally making a forum a hostile environment, then dont complain when someone calls you out for it.

Its NOT just Rippers, but you cant say it NOT ANY Rippers, so there is not a lot of morale high ground to be had.


PS: You might want to re read No1 on your list, and then this thread again, personal attacks are fine as long as they are not directed at Me then I take it?

- Having to back each other up in threads.
Showing solidarity is normally a good thing, but you guys get distracted and start talking to each other, you should be concentrating on the person your winding up.

- Repetitiveness
Most of what you say, you have said at least once before, and you generally only troll by bringing up past arguments.
If thats you MO then think up a catch phrase... Discuss.

- Lacking a sense of humour
If your stirring it up, it should at least be entertaining to others watching, you guys came off as more antagonised than the people you were shouting (typing loudly?) at.

You need to learn how to restrain yourselves, you dont need to be 'always on alert' all that does is make people question your mental faculties. Mix it up a little.

- Less is more
Sometimes one word is all you need. (Some times a list is better though.)

- Finally, some guys couldnt take what they dished out.
Because of all the above, while you probably all thought you looked superbadass, it came of as juvenile, and you basically ended up trolling yourselves in public.

So taking it all into account, and marking on a sliding scale, I have to award you a C-

Tried hard, but lacking a few of the basic requirements.

Corey probably gets a B, because at the same time he was egging you on, he was posting elsewhere in a calm fashion, so he showed composure that wasnt evident from Rippers in general.

PIMPS get a A, they were involved for what 3 mins and provided more entertainment that the rest of the league all season.

T-noles gets an A*
