Unfortunately, we're not going to be able to game plan specifically for Medellin (no time). I just have to hope that what got us killed by the Pelicans performs better against Medellin.

well, to be fair, you only had alittle over a week to learn something about your oponent. who can be expected to spend half an hour doing some scouting in such a short time frame?

Unfortunately, only 2 of the 9 GMs do much of anything related to game planning (it's a long, not particularly interesting story as to why we have the others), and neither of us have much time today, as I've got a contract to draft for work and the DC isn't around. It's not so much the scouting (which I have done) as the fact that our AIs are in the middle of a major reboot to try and cope with the how the changes to the sim (and the jump in leagues) have effected what works best for us. Of the several different offensive game plans that we've used this season, I'm employing the one that I think will work best against Medellin, but it won't be as targeted and specific as I'd like.

Though I should say that it's kind of nice that other SEA teams give a shit whether we win or lose (I'm not being sarcastic).

By the way, as to Rusty Trombone's point that we've had a week to gameplan for them, that's nice and all, but (a) it's a work week, and (b) we've used what time we've had to try and scramble to prepare for the conference games and try and re-think our builds/tactics.

Understood and.. not to rub it in but.. why was the game scheduled for 1/10 when it was specifically asked that they get scheduled for 1/18. That would have given 8 more days to gameplan

And of course, we give a shit. The reputation of SEA is at stake
