Great idea, but I don't think the owner should get to block his team's access to the stats for up to 24 hours. What if you live in different parts of the world and you can never access the team chat...now you never get to see your player's stats for 12 hours while everyone waits for the team owner's favorite time.
I would suggest the chat automatically opens when the game officially finishes simming, and the replay occurs without the owner scheduling it. Everyone who really cares and can be there will be there, and people who can't be there won't have to wait. Still, I understand you don't want people seeing the game and coming into the chat with spoilers, or anything like that. Not sure what to do about that.

i agree TJ - that could be unfair that the owner gets to set up the time...
BUT
say a team plays their game at 8am - and no one wants to get up at 8am to watch the game...and as it stands now; if you're playing at 8 - you'll keep playing at 8 until you get promoted or relegated...there should be a method to schedule the party for a time when people are available..otherwise - it will just suck if your games occur at a time when you can't participate.
if the idea is to watch the game together - and shoot the breeze together - then it is important that it is scheduled at a time when people can actually get together.
