A lot of good stuff in here, the upgrades for Stadiums and way's to boost Fan Support without haveing to win games is a good idea.

I think you should put something in their about the Field, maybe getting new grass...or putting in the new turf..something of that sorts

That is something that would need to be looked at by Bort and Co. I admit that the idea is not 100% finished. Thanks for the input though.

Its a good idea... Thats the reason it has been implemented already in Madden....
