Don't have much time, but back by popular demand. It's the Week 7 Predictions.

Western Conference

Sante Fe at Los Angeles - The Guachos gained some respect by knocking Oakland back to earth, but came up lame against Tulsa. Sante Fe just keeps winning. They're too talented for L.A. My pick: Sante Fe

Tulsa at The Snails - This is a good matchup. Both teams are coming off victories. The Snail's W was a little more impressive though. This is a playoff caliber team that just needs to focus on playin some ball. Tulsa is improving, but will come up short. My pick: The Snails

San Diego at Bellevue - The Blitz played valiantly against the Regulators, so you know they're capable of hangin with anyone. A disappointing season thus far, but they were late bloomers last year as well. They'll roll up on struggling San Diego. My pick: Bellevue

Oakland at Northwood - The BlackReign need to get back on track after dropping two in a row to beatable teams. Northwood was only able to put up 88 on the Raiders, so you have to question their offense. I think Oakland pulls this one out. My pick: Oakland

Orange at Seattle - The Manor got their first taste of top-teir talent against Gilead. They played them tough, but just didn't have the juice to break into that elite top 5 fraternity. They'll make the playoffs as a 6th seed. Seattle will be victomized tomorrow. My pick: Orange

Raiders at Gilead - This ought to be a fun game for the Gunslingers. Draw those six-shooters and blast away. My pick: Gilead

Badlands at Charlestown - The Chiefs are a talented team, but the Abomination are playin good football right now. They're gellin on both sides of the ball, and will be hard to beat. Charlestown needs a break after facing Biloxi, Northwest, and now Badlands. My pick: The Bad Guys

Northwest at Biloxi (Game of the Week) - After blowing out Gilead, you'd think that the Nighthawks will do the same to the Man-Whores. So far, no one has come close to slowing down NW. Biloxi has a tall order, but is extremely capable. The only blemishes on their record are a couple of close loses to Sante Fe and Gilead. It's time for that nasty Man-Whore D-line to man up and stop Vlad Tanker & co. My pick: NW

Great to have you back Thrash, great writeup as usual...One thing I can guarantee you is that there will be NO blowout between NW and Biloxi, at least I hope they cant blow us out. They are stacked and we look forward to the test.

Have you looked at Biloxi today/Lately?

I think us folks of the Nighthawks know that there is a certain amount of luck in this game - and we have 3 extremely talented teams to beat this season, as well as Bellevue who still hasn't really boosted.

Nothing is certain in this conference.

Same as last season, 1 through 8 can be a complete toss-up in the West.

Once Bellvue boosts, I think there'll be a clear top 6 heading into the playoffs. This top 6 has not lost a game to any team outside of the group so far and I don't expect many losses either. The exception being the Blitz who are a special case.

I agree this is a very competitive league where there are some really talented teams that are still all at the top and then the rest of the league. We all have a small amount of difference in between us and are looking at the playoffs and also a good season. Good luck NW tonight and I hope you lose very badly but won't be supridsed to see another 3 or 4 point difference in the game.
