Yup. Use IE to download Firefox.

But if you really, really won't use Firefox, then look here:

lol, awesome reply!

In response to the question, you can get the IE7Pro http://www.ie7pro.com add on (which I use) that has script support (I turned off all the other "tweaks" it comes with). You will need to know a bit about scripting to make the scripts work with it however, they generally won't convert without some editing.

Has anyone thought of a script to expand the forum posting window? It's pretty damn small both when posting normally and when editing, and it gets slightly annoying with longer posts.

No one?

you mean like this?

Anyone know of a script that puts the contract expiration date on the home page? I am a lazy git who prefers to see as much info on one page as possible instead of having to dig through all my players.

This would be kind of nice, especially for D-Leaguers. It could go right next to Training.

you can just look at the rooster, if your the owner

This is my idea, and tell me if this would be either A) Too hard to write or B) Too server intensive.

How about a "True Stats" link next to the stats of every player? You would clink the link, and it would bring you to a separate page that would calculate the statistics of players when playing vs. evenly matched teams--evenly matched, meaning within 3 Overall Points of your team (So a 33 team vs. a 30 team, or a 33 vs. a 36, but not vs. a 39 or 27).

Now, there's a script in existence that shows the difference between your team's overall and another team's right on the main team page. So I would think this existing program could help in the development of this new one.

This could help when scouting, and could really make stats mean something. For once.

And by the way, if this wasn't already clear, you'd put the true stats on a separate link so that they wouldn't have to load each time you clicked a player. That would mean that your GLB use wouldn't get slowed down by the app. loading even when you don't need it.

If this isn't possible, just let me know. If it is possible, how great would it be if stats actually meant something for once?

Any response on this front?

I don't think this idea is something the greasemonkey scripters could do. The scouting report levels are not stored, so you only know the current level, there's no way to know the historical levels for previous games. Also, the scripts aren't intended to create new pages, just modify and customize existing ones. The script you refer to where it adds the overall rating to your schedule is relatively easy I would imagine because it's just retrieving something that exists on another page an displaying it somewhere else.

On the main page instead of showing "Loan"....is there a way to replace it with "finances" on both my team and GM'ed teams?

Thanks.

Anyone?

Thanks, Wrath.

Here's another question. Is there any way to highlight an agent who has players in your league?

There are occasionally problems when someone signs with a team and then signs other players to another team in the Conference. Is there a way to light up in green on some page an Agent's name who owns players on other teams in your Conference?

What I was thinking may be the simplest way--and this is just an idea, I don't write scripts--if someone posts on your forum and has other players in the league, a little x could show up by their name?

I don't know, I'm jsut throwing stuff out there.

this would be possible, yes, much easier to do it if you hard code the agent and his players in the script instead of doing it dynamically

Is there a way to modify this so it also shows the ranking versus teams you have already played?
