I tried to watch it but it just felt like the Jersey Shore meets the Amish. They are trying soo hard to create some drama.

isn't Amish Mafia reenacted with actors? Some of the stuff on there just cracks me up. In some of the latest episodes a midget amish guy jumps on top of a car with a sledgehammer and breaks the window. Also they put one of the guys in their place after he shows disrespect by tipping his buggy over and then dragging the buggy 10 feet with a truck.

I'll finish out the season but I honestly question whether they're all actors. The only legit concern, imo, is Jolin the Mennonite. Outside of him, I see no realistic reason why a legitimate gangster, after seeing the show, wouldn't come in and run the place. The quarrels are petty, there is good money involved, and it appears that local business are paying rent for protection. I think even a bookie could part-time it there and handle every problem they've aired to date.
