I was surprised not to see a run but really your ground game had kinda sputtered. GG. Hope to see my BlackReign get a boost from this win.
Would it be considered sputtering if the Sim just flat-assed won't run the ball no matter how I set it or how well we are doing?
I have had sims where we rip off 2 huge runs in a row and then it passes for the next 9 plays. I know these bitches have been there before but its getting frustrating.
It's definitely frustrating when the sim doesn't do what you want.
That series didn't make any difference in the game, though. Even if you had gotten 7 points instead of 3, you would have lost.
No, actually a TD would have put us in the lead. The late FG they had would have tied the game sending it into overtime. We only lost by 7 points. The random change to our tactics had a very real impact on the result of the game.

No, actually. If you could do math, you would realize that a touchdown would only have tied the game (your FG made the score 9 to 13, a TD would have made the score 13 to 13). Oakland came back and kicked a field goal to win the game either way.

I'm not arguing with you in the open forum. It was our game, I watched it closely and understood where the game was when the sequence of plays occurred.

OK, you are right. If you scored a touchdown, the game would have awarded you three extra magical points.
I watched the game too.

I agree with you there.

i've got to say... even if you score a TD there it's not likely you win. as youve said yourself you are a running team... well frankly you couldn't run on us any better then we could on you. passing however is a different story. we CAN pass better then your team and did so. Nnamdi shut down your team on your last series. 4 passes nnamdi let one get by for 4.5 and deflected the other 3. simply put your team isn't built for the big play. if by some stroke of luck you get the TD there and send it into overtime I'll take my big play WRs and pretty much guarantee we knock you out then.
It was a good game and it was one big play from Manningham that put us in the position to win. Don't be a poor loser and continue to whine about it. suck it up and get on to the next game.

Hold on now. I am in no way whining. I can take the loss. I was merely pointing out that, once again, the sim ignored a gameplan and it had a real impact on the game.
I'm in no way a poor loser, and was just pointing out that a couple running plays there MAY have resulted in a touchdown and the game MAY have had a different result. The fact stands however, that wasn't the case.
It was a good game and you guys won fair and square with no doubt. It seems everytime someone wants to discuss how the sim is changing game plans someone wants to start yelling about whining and sucking it up. I'm pretty sure everyone here has been frustrated at one time or another how a sim has worked out.

The Blotz needed to be humbled - CHECK
Lublow...it's no secret how I feel about eso, PACharger and McCandless
Gilead has bragging rights on us. That WILL change this season - CHECK
Nighthawks - to be the best we must beat the best
The Manwhores ended our season - 'nuff said
Well ReRe, you win some, you lose some. gg
