I agree with everyone. I'd have no issue just being part of a winning active team. I enjoy a bunch of the ownership stuff and some of the GM stuff but the thing I enjoy most is when one of the team forums is active. I guess I enjoy messing with the finances but all the other GM is not fun for me, I'd be more than willing to just be a part of something like this.

Well I have a capped team. The problem is we are already good. If you guys want to come GM then pm me.

I'd be interested in doing that too, we could build a dynasty.

Thats what Im looking for, a dynasty with 6-7 really active guys who we never have to worry about taking their players elsewhere so that we can build consistency and not have to deal with Free Agency. The problem is finding either one of us who doesnt have a team yet to buy one and start it from scratch, or if someone has a crap team that can just be gutted so that we can move our guys into the roster without the guys who were there before. I have seriously considered doing this with my team but here is the kicker, We are really good and I have probably 3-4 guys I really like on the team and could give a crap less about the rest of the guys. We have our stadium in line to be on the same path as HBB and may be the team moving up to Oceania AAA this season which would put us one league below Pro... Now If I could be sure that we have enough guys with talented players that we would not get relegated our first season in AAA I would be willing to scrap my team to start it over as a new squad in AAA and be willing to take the losing season or two while we build up our powerhouse, but Im not talking about just starting over with lvl 1 guys, Im talking about guys bringing in their high level studs from other teams and keeping them on this team longterm. This way we are competetive immediately and can focus on winning. I have a few quality guys to bring on but I would like to find a guy who has an entire O line and a guy with an entire D line so that they can have a positional title. I like the way we have it in HBB where our entire O line is always one cohesive unit since all but the C are owned by one Agent and he is active so I never have to worry about their tactics. Same with our D line being one agent. It makes things simple and provides a constant unit that never has a weak link.

yeah, I'm with you on the O-line thing. Both our 1st and 2nd string O-lines are owned by 1 guy. Our OC owns the entire starting O-line (except the C) and Blaze of Glory owns our back up O-line (except theC whos is our OC Bellflowercrew).

IF we do this I need to know which guys would be interested and who they would have to contribute. I am fine with building new players that will follow a specific build scheme I have in place but would like to get a mixture of currently talented guys as well to ensure that we are not getting relegated at the end of our next season. I would like guys who intend to be active and would like a role in the management of the team. I would like to delegate everyone to have a part in the team so that everyone is contributing and necessary for the teams success. If you have an interest in joining for a new season 5 Dynasty PM me with your current players or what Players you would like to build now and groom for the rest of the season so that we can sign them from the D league in the offseason. I would like guys to take a whole unit if possible but it is not required, I just see these one man teams and how they can beat much better teams due to the fact that they are all built with one gameplan in mind as opposed to 10-15 individuals building towards different goals and I think if we all stick strictly to the build guide I have set up and each have a group of players like Oline, WR's. HB/FB's, CB's. Safeties and such, we can achieve that type of cohesiveness without having to spend the ridiculous amount of money it takes to own an entire roster worth of players individually. So PM me, and I will work out what we can come up with in an effort to decide if it is feasible and I will let everyone know what I need them to make, So dont make players yet, until we decide what group each of us will be responsible for, obviously if you already have good players in a certain unit you will have priority over that units assignment. Right now off the top of my head the guys Id most like to see get in on this are Bearphin, Crystal, Whispersoft, Salizy, Therichone, LGonzo and UkCats, Im not opposed to anyone else but those are the names off the top of my head that I know are active and have been around for a while so I know they are not going to flake out and dissappear, if you guys have anyone else you want to vouch for just let me know and Ill consider it.

I'm not real sure about being able to take over an entire unit, I am already struggling with affording FP as it is and to make an whole new group of guys I can do. I am retiring 1 CB, 1 LB, 2 O-linemen, and my P this offseason to boost my level 5 CB and level 3 DE. If we end up starting a new team those guys should be ready to go if you want them since It would probably be a capped team. If we get a non capped team I can bring over my CB since (no offense to Salizy) but I'm not feeling it in Dallas. Either way I got someone to contribute if you'd want them, but I can't make an entire core of players. Also, I know our OC, Bellflowercrew is a great guy and has a LB that he might contribute if you want to talk to him about that. He is very active in the team forum and knows a lot about the game and football in general.

Not everyone will need to have an entire unit, thats just an idea that I think would be helpful and beneficial where possible.

I would much rather start fresh since I know I would make better players now than I have right now. Seems like a dilemma for most of us. I am not willing to give up on my current team and agents. I wish some were more active and communicated better but I am not ready to scrap my team for this venture. Also not ready to pour more money in the game.

I say we stick out our current teams till at least season 10 and then go from there. We can all keep in touch or stay in the loop easy enough.

I do have a level 8 slow build LB that will be looking for a new home next season. He doesn't look like much now, but I have 35 SP built up and am about to level again and buy level 8 equip.

or the starting from scratch. If we can do what Techmo did, only with a new team and have all of us put 1-3 players on it then we could dominate. I know I have 2 players I could bring in. We just gotta find someone to buy the team. A good GM or something that doesn't have a team already. Only problem is he wouldn't be very close to the top of the waiting list

Getting the team is the easy part...We could use the Canada A team me and my brother run now. Me and him have like half the players on the team. I know the strategy would be best utilized on a new league but it can be done in any league anytime regardless.

Yea I dont care what league we use, Like Bullfrog said. Because even in a new league that is capped 80% of the teams will all have players at the cap at most positions so its not like we would all be starting as a lvl 1-4 team each season, and to be honest I wouldnt be opposed to a non boosting team to build even better longterm guys since they would level 100% natural each season and not jump over 3 levels of high XP point earning years each season, and then once we hit lvl 24 and the natural XP points level out, we could start boosting for that season, It would most likely take 2 1/2- 3 seasons before we would start to have to boost and that would also save all of us the cash needed to boost those guys for a while. what do you think about that?
