I think I do a good job. Any team I'm associated with does very well. 3 Teams in Conference championship right now. My team and the 2 I gm for.

I`d never quite call myself an expert at anything but a 14-2 seaon shows i know what i`m doing (hopefully).

Our process, as flawed as it may seem, is to vote on who makes the cut. Here are the results for all the people who had posted since our previous vote up to this exact post. Everyone after this post, will be on the next ballot. Each vote can count as +1 and each "don't let in" counts as -1. You had to equal +2 to make the cut.
