Want to stop the Middle/Right rush out of the Strong I, but not give up long passes. Stacking the Box with a mix of LOLB and MLB blitzing. What coverage is better when my CB's are not as good as the WR's?

Cover 2 probably. But you will give up the run up the Middle consistently.
Your defense is going to struggle if the CBs can't cover the WR one on one because good running teams will be able to run up the middle against a Cover 2.
Unfortunately the Zone D doesn't work well in GLB.

I use the DE Contain and 2 deep blitz but I think you have to pick and choose when you use the pre designed plays.

Is there a way to switch a players position for one play in particular?
For example, it would be awesome if we could sub our starting LOLB in at SS for a SS blitz or move a pass rushing DE to OLB for some blitz plays. Any idea if that's a possiblility?

Anyone else thinking that a run focus on all LBs and a run focus for every formation should be much more effective now with the shadowing? I'm thinking about not blitzing LBs to stop the run anymore, as I think it will cancel the shadowing.
