I can solve this. Gangstaz are 1A and Farkistan are 1B. There.

It's possible. Heh.
Just keeping ya honest out here.
Since I own the team, I've gotta look out for any inflammatory statements.

I think there's a mixup in our upcoming schedule. This team we're playing next already has a loss!

Yep, you guys did. I figure, if you're gonna get beat, may as well make it descriptive.

Well, we took out DLF, now we have our hardest game yet against the Chupacabras. In 2 days we'll know if we're a paper tiger or not.

Congrats on your win Visalia. If there ever was a football definition of "conjugal visit", that would be it.

I'll say this for us though: NO ONE does volume punting like the Big Money Dynasty!

Nope, you still got us. We finally gave up our 2nd TD of the year, but I can hardly complain at the performance!
I'll take 6-0 and 2nd in points allowed.
But if you guys do get lit up in the next week or two, I will be back for the "Ya Rly"

This is going to be a good game. You guys got the edge as far as passing offense goes but I like our offensive and defensive line better. Watch out for our kicker, he has been our MVP so far and hits about 4 FG a game.

Nice win by the Gary Gangstaz. Hopefully, we'll get another crack at them in the playoffs.

You're probably right. There's plenty of room on this forum for friendly smack-talk, right?
I think we will probably have some trouble with the next squad. The Killer Rabbits are a good squad and will probably give us our biggest scoring threat yet.
Best of luck to you in your games!

Its "Visalia" and thank you for the congratulations. Was a great game. Just a few mistakes gave us the edge. Good luck on your next game.

Sorry about that, tried to copy/paste, don't know where the "g" came from.
I've just noticed, we've (the Dynasty) got an interesting scheduling quirk.
After playing 6 out of 7 undefeated (when we played them) teams to start the year (counting the one we've got with the Austin Breakers in a couple of hours), we've got 7 games in a row against teams that are currently at .500 or below. Maybe playing nothing but juggernauts for the first half of the season will better prepare us for the second half.

Sure is quiet in here. Can't believe we fell off the front page. Lets see if I can stir things up a bit.
Slow day at work so I started putting together power rankings. I only have the west done, so east will have to wait another day or two.
Here are what factors into your ranking:
1 - W/L
2 - Strength of Schedule
3 - Offensive/Defensive Point differential (If your opponent averages allowing 21 and you score 35 you get a bonus, if the opposite is true you take a hit)
Its pretty simple right now, this is a 1st draft. As we progress I'll refine the system and add additional factors as I see fit.
Enough said, here are the 1st USA BBB #7 West power rankings:
#1 - Farkistan Squirrels (6-0 rank 10.92)
The squirrels ride the toughest SOS among the undefeated and the west's best defensive point differential to the #1 spot.
#2 - Austin Breakers (6-0 rank 10.77)
The 2nd of our undefeated teams, the Breakers off/def point differential give them an edge our #3 team.
#3 Atlanta Ducks (6-0 rank 10.00)
Undefeated and solid on both sides of the ball, the difference between #1 and #3 is less than 1 TD.
#4 LA Chupacabras (5-1 rank 9.52)
The Chupacabras lone loss comes against the #1 team in the league. Their other opponents were no slouches either as they have the #8 strength of schedule.
#5 Anchorage Vikings (3-3 rank 7.45)
Sure to create some controversy, By scratching out 3 wins while playing the 5th toughest strength of schedule, the Vikings leap over teams with better records to grab the #5 slot.
#6 Austin Alcoholics (5-1 rank 7.21)
Negative offensive and defensive point differentials drop the Alcoholics to the #6 spot in the initial rankings.
#7 Texas Two Step (3-3 rank 6.68)
Yet another 3-3-team ranking higher than the 4-2 squads,
#8 Oakland Nation (3-3 rank 6.28)
And again...
#9 Killer Rabbits (4-2 rank 5.93)
Ranked below the team they beat last week, is the guy who put these rankings together holding a grudge, are the rankings flawed, is it too early in the season for this, or are the rankings fubar?
#10 Visalia Paraplegics (4-2 rank 5.30)
Rounding out the top 10 are the Paraplegics, leave it to the team named after cripples to get early wins facing the weakest SOS to date.
#11 Texas Tarheels (1-5 rank 2.79)
#12 Big Money Dynasty (1-5 rank 2.75)
#13 Malibu Mels (1-5 rank 2.65)
#14 Washington State Whodat's (0-6 rank 2.09)
#15 DFL Gods (0-6 rank 1.16)
#16 San Diego Aztecs (0-6 rank -0.42)
Constructive criticism is appreciated, think I need to add something, let me know.
But this is the Internet, so Flame away.

I think the Breakers are about to fall to #3 based on their reduced SOS.
That might change soon, though...
Just curious, is the Dynasty at or near the top for SOS? All 6 (7 in a couple hours) opponents are in your top ten.
That's really cool; thanks for doing that. We need a rankings chart.
