I am willing to say you had the document but do have a few inquiries. Now, when most people throw away a piece of paper, they crumple it and toss. That one appears to be folded twice. I know that my legal documents get shredded, curious that this one appears to have been neatly folded without any other creases. Another is that for a delivered letter, it is pretty plain. Most delivered mail, especially that from law firms comes on company stationary, they want you to know who its from. That just looks like typing paper. Which, if its the faxed copy, is understandable, but easily faked.

So from the defending the authenticity of the pics point of view, I have no doubt, you or someone with you took them. That point is pretty much settled. As to the authenticity of the document itself, we will never know, relatively simple to fake and take pics unless it was something really special, which it is not. So that point will be in doubt eternally more than likely, with no way to prove or disprove. The last is that you stole from someone something and are bragging about it. Perhaps this is splitting hairs to some, as it was supposedly being thrown away anyway. But I disagree. After commenting yourself, and defended by another what a stand up guy you and your brother are. Followed by racial slurs to again bring the issue of your morals into question. Probably best dropped and let lie, as its pretty much a dead horse now, its not going anywhere.
