At what point is an undefeated AAA team "better" than a Pro team? Say a 1-5 Pro team is probably about even with a 6-0 AAA team, at what point do you all think that changes?

If a AAA team is L79, are they suddenly going to get better merely from promotion? Conversely will a Pro team get worse simply by demotion? Give your best guesstimate on how AAA would fare in Pro, or Pro in AAA.

IMHO there is a couple AAA teams good enough to be a playoff team in pro. Maybe even a couple AA teams good enough to win enough in pro to remain there.

different matchups, it's totally different. We've been a 15-1 AAA team and now we're 1.5-4.5 (damn Hood, we deserve this 0.5 point).

builds and coordinators would determine their ability to compete - there are a few AAA teams that will be up in Pros - knocking down the perennial top teams back to AAA is tough
