Somewhere after 60 it turns dark I guess. Mine's 63. Must be at 61,62 or 63.

boosted to 14, up to 57! 13 points to spend, I think when I spend them I'll be at 60 at level 14 :-D Lowest ever? :-P

Oh my, bar moved to 60 with today's level/training. I have 5 unspent points, but wont get to spend them until level 18. Should get me dark green then! I could probably get it dark now at level 16 if I spent, but I'm not screwing up my build just for some record.
