8. DS - Probably underranked looking at it now as they will swoop anything, but their network provides all it really needs.
9. Wise - For all the shit I give him the guy will recruit a high level team. All that work might finally pay off this season with a DC.
10. The Wangs - 4 championships is really enough to have them on this list. Their winning ways could land them the FA's of their choice in most situations.
Honorable mentions:
jdbolick - I am not sure he really ran through the recruiting circuit when it was a street brawl but he clearly can put together a couple of solid recruits if he needs to.
Creeker - I can't mention tenacity without throwing this little dudes name in the mix. Fucker would be in every recruiting thread known to man. If only his teams showed it.
Ezra - Definitely deserves mention with bringing a lot of agents to casual pro and lately putting together some big time WL teams.
Showtime/FuriousGeorge/Boomy - Definitely tenacious recruiters, though I don't know if they drive in the agent list that would put them top 10.
Pretty legit, difficult to really rank that group. I agree with gart being 1, cv and ubass being in the top 5. Your Lincoln group should prob be a touch higher along with wang choads.
