I have got a few more hours to finish off the text responses and then I will make a selection of 20ish users. Choosing the three will be the hardest part. The other 17ish will get responses from me.

Is this the new process or an old one,if its a new way its looking pretty intense to find a few people for the job.Your going to have over 40 hours of work and research by the time your done.

It's a new process and I'm very aware of the hell of a project that I have created for myself. Especially with my goal of having everything finished by the new year. Needless to say, my family isn't too happy with me right now.

Good luck in not ticking them all off especially at this time of year.I have 3 weeks off from work and I have been busy cleaning,fixing and rebuilding stuff but at least I get my PC time and beer in the evening to relax. lol
