I mean I've accomplished more myself, While I don't build the players -- Nif does -- I have always been heavily involved with their plans and training process, I have always coordinated both sides of the ball for LB and while I only did defense for PPM I did build my defense for them as well...

You have 3 silver conference champs, I have 2... I oc/dc both of mine and owned all the players (and never boosted or custom equipped a single one of them) only because I actually made the move to gold...

Either way listing your duties has nothing to do with "accomplishments" If you honestly think you are soooo amazing because you could DC back before people even knew what offense was... congrats.

Before you jump back on the "new breed" horse even if I wasn't involved in peewee back then I was involved heavily in the game... and lets face it... the game and coordinating within the game was a joke back then compared to now.

Just face it iStoner, you are nothing more than a half rate Gold coordinator at best. LB had one good season which you seem to take all the credit for. The other seasons, LB barely made the playoffs or even was nearly demoted. Where were your elite coordinator skills there? Just face the music, 89stepside & ManOgwaR are twice the talent you are or ever will be.

It must feel good to get out of the first/second round of the playoffs after 10 seasons of trying otherwise you'ld be just another can't get it done kinda guy as well, eh? For what its worth, that one season was about the extent of the care factor at Lunch Box. Staving off demotion is p easy... lets not pretend we were ever getting one unless by choice.

I guess you would consider me part of the new breed and I have accomplished more than you.......so I wouldn't go beating your chest about being better than all the "new breeds"

...once again, that disrespect from the new breed

...I never said that I was eny better than all of the new breeds, so dun try to twist my words to justify your attack!

that's ok ...you feel that you have a need to beat your chest ...I was just defending my rep for the efforts that I have done coz stoner was downsizing that! ...coz let's be honest, have you ever coordinated both sides of the ball in gold as well as manage agents and build half of the team? ~ it is no easy task at the best of times and I feel that I deserve some respect for being able to achieve that and making it as far in gold as I have! ...good for you that you can achieve more with a fully boosted and custom EQ'd team in gold ...I tip my hat to you sir!

it may be easy now, but it wasn't so easy back when gold first started ...and by choice is how my team got demoted, otherwise Requiem Revolver would prolly still be there! ...lets not forget the DPride scandal!

lol ya that guy was dirty and i'm not saying its been any easier or harder... but as a 'new breed' I've come to expect that kind of rhetoric from owners/agents whos egos are still stuck in that era

LOL your right I have never done any of that............

I have respect for all the coor in gold past, present, and future. Just because I have done more than you doesn't me I don't respect what you have done. Unlike you I don't call out other Coor just because they haven't won a conference championship in Gold.

And BTW - quit living of season 12 and season 15. While I respect those accomplishments. Doesn't mean you are worth a crap now.......You want to prove Istoner wrong step up to the plate and get back to gold. And shut him up the old fashion way. We need all the competition we can get in gold. The more the merrier.

...what is so funny about it? ...and why would I want to make it back with my team? ...it's just too much effort and expense for me to do it all on my own! ...and have a look at the teams that make it to gold ...most of them fully boost and custom EQ their teams to get there! ...does that make them any better as coordinators? ...I think that it shows the lack of confidence the teams show in their coordinating if they feel that they need to do that in silver to get there! ...the bragging rights usually come from the $ that the team spends! ...I have respect for coordinators that can buck that trend and if I was serious about making it back with my team, then I would be trying to do the same! ...nothing for coordinators to brag about making it to gold on a boosted team!

OK, I guess I'm just lost now. What is your point in all of this? I thought you were complaining about there being "too many pigs at the trough". Why would you care if you weren't trying to get back to Gold? Now it sounds like you have issues with teams boosting/CEQ in order to get to Gold.

So let me see if I can sift through it all and get your point(s)...

1. Coordinators should not coordinate multiple teams (I'm assuming you mean only Gold coordinators, as your OC is pretty active). You believe this makes it too hard for "non-elite" coordinators to get to Gold. (will you be dumping your OC next season, as I hear he will be OC for SBWL next season)

2. The fact that "elite" coordinators coordinate for multiple teams is holding back the "non-elite" coordinators from learning because they get tired of being spanked.

3. You believe that teams should not boost/CEQ in order to get to Gold, as it means that better non-boost/CEQ coordinators cannot get to Gold. (or maybe you just have an issue with boosting/CEQ all together?)

4. You do not want to get your team to Gold, and all of your angst is really just about.... what exactly?

Does all this sound accurate? I really am just trying to understand what it is you really have issues with.

Gerr you beat me by how much in our little playoff game? See you next season bud.

That's because your team didn't try all season, then did in the playoffs. We had nothing to go on as we couldn't scout knowing you were about to change things up. Thus we hit you with our basic non-scouted offense and it didn't do as well as we hoped. You surprised us with a high % rushing attack and it was well timed as I had left in my anti-pass defense I used against PNP. Not sure if you got lucky or scouted well, but we still beat you without being able to scout or knowing what to expect.

I'm not so sure that given a clean slate there are many other coordinators out there that can produce a offense/defense that would in fact make a game that close with your team (because I don't for a second try to pretend that your team isn't good-despite not liking you in the least bit) and saying that I had some kind of advantage because it had been a long time since I did game plan is really nothing more than a joke.

End of story the game was close because with no preparation working with a whacky built team (lunch box builds were pretty off the reservation because of a pretty silly idea by me -as is usually the case) because I am a good coordinator, one of the top coordinators in peewee... not because I'm lucky or had some kind of advantage in that game... far from it.

I had never once seen any play run against those defenses and if you'd like to pretend that is an advantage... then by my guest.

You're not that good. The game was close because Gerr isn't very good either.
