I'm not certain how Slash proposes the Round of 8-4-2 gets determined, seed wise. I guess you'd have to ask him. Initial Top 8 seedings were for group play only, as far as I was concerned, to give us a 'base' set and to keep teams like the Wild Thangs and Diablo from ending up in the same group.
