He told me he has an equipment trick the world league teams use and asked if I was interested near the end of last season...once he told me about it I told him that is not a trick that is cheating. He insisted on using it as that is how the 'top' teams in the world league compete.

Said DT was leaving my team for Blaze in S16....he also did not have hacked gear on starting pre-season game 4 because I posted end of pre-season build advice. At that time he was 144 strength +47 equipment which is very possible in the new system.
I had no problem dropping the cheating banned agent immediately...you however still have some of PT's players on your team. I also will gladly forfeit the win if JDR did in fact have hacked gear on. I doubt 1 player made the game a 117-0 blowout but to be safe and respect the integrity of the game I have no issues.

Wouldn't multiple agents/players on one team getting suspended/banned/whatever result in a morale loss in real life? I'd think that would translate to dotball too, no? Not criticizing (like OP said), just asking...

And did that 10 hour wait for the Shockers sim turn out to be the most disappointingly boring game that's taken that long to sim? No OTs, no crazy scoring.... about as bland as the forced, awkward sex between Tom Cruise and Katie manpants Holmes that takes place once every three months.
