SEA so far

EEPL has 21 teams, we have 19, so we need 2 more teams, come on

can we just cap it at 21 teams? by the time we get two more SEA teams signed up, they might have added more teams and this will just keep going on and on.

i'm all for everybody getting to participate, but at this point, they've had ample time to express their interest.

remember, it's going to take some time to rank the teams too.
