I guess he won't let me in because of we're over the 850 point thing. He must not know most of my players are in decline and should let us in anyways.

I think it's a good way to do it tbh....it keeps teams that throw a season to drop down out of the running...and keeps overpowered teams from running away with it....
Appropriate use of the Avg Player Value imo....
