Oh yeah, LOL. We'll crush them

The two major tournaments are winding down.

MoD is the only CPL rep to make the Final Four of the Addicts tournament after beating Providence; while QCBC takes a tough loss in a defensive battle against Bonn, 10-3.

Haliblack is in the bracket finals of Real Thing #2 as the only CPL rep still alive outside of bracket #3.
In bracket #3, 3 of the last 6 teams are CPL, but only one of them can survive to the top 3. Whomever comes out of that has to see the matchup with South Otto as winnable given the results earlier in the bracket by both Wildfire and the Exiles.

Arrowhead got ran over.... literally, by three powerbacks.

Wildfire has Minsk tomorrow, then we're out of Real Thing.

So, I scheduled scrims with top teams in 4 other regions to see how we stack up! Gogogo Wildfire / CPL!

Minsk are solid but Ballers are better .. Thnking you guys can take em if you put a bit of time into it. GL guys

I just used the scout tool to pick some plays to move through our AI. I'm too busy to make bigger adjustments, getting into film is tough at this point in a season.

For me, it's midterms, so it's tough on me too . Thankfully I've got Spring break next week.

This is the time of the season when teams get desperate and play tougher. I hope I speak for everyone when I say no team doesn't want to make the playoffs. On the flip side, teams who know they aren't playoff qualified, sometimes get lazy and rarely change anything, or if they do, they simply goof off.

Wouldn't that mean then QE would be auto-bounced in a 2nd Otto matchup? Not sure I understand the double elim setup here.

No we played qe outside of the tourney bit agreed that should we meet the game would count.

Clever that NickS. Figures Wildfire would have to pull out some tricks to win with younger dots in the Coke tourney, but at the expense of a potential CPL playoff match down the road. Double whammy.
