Might be a long shot but if Catch22 has a team and has been GMing he probably works for a lot of owners, if its that interesting find out who took their foot of the pedal and a combination of other tactics.

There's few, if any, active testers that aren't mods. I can't imagine it being an inactive tester, since the person obviously has desires to help the game...not testing would seem counterproductive.

But at the same time, he seems to know how the test server works.

Point as Mike Rodgers, Ken1 or Enkidu98 (who I can safely say is not it, as I know him outside GLB).

There's a few others, but I know none of those 3 test actively.

It's not Mike...I'm pretty sure of that, though he would have been a good choice imo, and he hasn't tested actively for over a year due to health issues.
