I need the help of an admin.

A cap-14 team accidentally sent me a scrimmage request on day 8, and without thinking, I accepted it. We have been trying to get the game removed because this tourney's 2nd round is on that day. So far, our requests have been ignored. I just got an email saying I forfeit the tourney. I don't want to forfeit, I want that game removed, and so does the other owner. This isn't a standard "I don't want to play them" type scrimmage removal request, this one will cost me a spot in a tourney, plus both sides want the game removed.

Please, is there any admin out there who can take the 5 min or less to remove this game, thus allowing me back in the tourney? I don't care about the flex points I used for the accidental scrimmage game, so keep those.

Atlanta Aces 7656
Chi-Town Hustler 7852

Chi-Town has a scrimmage challenge out with another team for Day 8. They need to cancel that and report back to me, or face forfeiture.

Chicago has scrimmages setup on Days 7, 8 and 9. They likely will forfeit from the tournament unless support can remove their game from Day 8.

These two teams play tomorrow. Will schedule second round for the winner Vs Andromeda Strain 6881 then.

I placed a request to remove the scrimmage today and the owner of the other team placed one within the past couple days. I really could use the name of an admin so I can send a PM directly to them as so far, our requests have been ignored.

Chi Town Defeated Atlanta Aces in the first round. This game for the second round day 8 should be Chi Town Hustler VS The Tiny Pee Wee Big Beaver Brigade.

The owner of Chi Town thought he had to schedule the next round and sent me the owner of The Big Beaver Brigade a scrim challenge. This has been rejected and scheduling can continue.

Unless, Chi Town had/has another scrim challenge out with another team than the The Tiny Pee Wee Big Beaver Brigade.

YOU CANNOT CANCEL SCRIMMAGES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED! I PMd SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Both teams have Day 9 open. Why cant you just schedule it for the next day. If not, then I guess I have to forfeit.
