You could say that and it would be partially true, Bort did allow you to do it but he didn't like that you did do it. The 2 teams agreed to it otherwise it wouldn't have been done, you didn't hack into the AI and do it...they gave you permission to do it by allowing you to setup the AI.

That is collusion. The 2 teams agreed to deceive the rest of the league to gain an unfair advantage in individual stats.

LOL Iceman, you can't understand logic. Bort gave him the means to do it so he allowed him to do it and until now, he didn't have any specific rule that outlawed it.
