I'm dead serious.

Again, are we saying that Tebow will be a better pro than Tom Brady too?

Or Jim Harbaugh for that matter.....

You guys are funny.

what quality of tim tebow do you think makes him a WR....he doesn't have the speed or the athletic ability to play wide receiver in the NFL thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard.....

I really don't think he'll actually play WR, I'm giving the Tebow fans a bone here.

nice i just got on and saw this thread
ur right that tebow is probably the better COLLEGE qb
because he doesnt face defences that can stop his strength
when he gets to the NFL he will face strong and fast LBers he wont be able to do anything .. therefore he will be a bust
nate however has wut it takes to be the pro
accuracy and a strong arm with enough speed to escape sacks
not to mention he seems to be able to scan the field better

and yes i know he plays the SEC but the players still arent as strong or fast as NFL defensive players
its just easier for that type of player to perform in college

since the only comparison you have is stats ill have to say Graham Harrell (Texas Tech) or Colt Brennan (Hawaii) is better by using your method

my comparison is TIM TEBOW IS BETTER THAN NATE DAVIS and it's not even close, what are you not understanding about that?

And yes I use stats, to back up my opinion, what else do you want me to use?

wut else i would like u to use is how those stats came to be lol
such as short TD runs by tebow isnt that impressive
peyton manning even had a few 3 yard TDs im sry that isnt impressive when a qb gets those wutsoever
and also the fact that one quarterback had a running game and one didnt
thats a HUGE factor in the stats
in tebows case they had to defend not only the pass but also the run
in nates case... they only had to defend the pass because ball states running back got injured for the season
everyone knew ball state would pass and nate still put up great numbers

THATS the kind of stuff i want to see u post

not just pure numbers.. otherwise it doesnt look like u know anything
(anybody can get the stats ANYBODY)

QB Power Rankings

Tebow #1
Nate Davis #19

but Rivals knows nothing about college football right?

as i said nate will be a better PRO

and if he came out next year here is the QB projections from scout.com for the draft

http://cfn.scout.com/2/750962.html

notice nate is drafted in the 2nd round

and tebow will be one of those that are drafted first round and is a bust

well nate is also playing with nobodys and nate cant take advantage of those palyers like tebow does with his pure strength
theres a little bit of a difference

Nate Davis is 6'2

6'2 Qbs with 50% completion percentages in the MAC conference don't translate to the NFL

56% completion

but thats also with no running game as ive said before
id like to see tebow throw over 60% if everyone knew he was going to pass
u know wut doesnt translate into the NFL? QBs that throw loft passes and use strength when they rush

And stats would also support that while Colt Brennan played well against WAC teams, against his first real competition in UGA he was a bust. You don't have to be a Nate Davis fan or a Tim Tebow hater to be biased...

please note to this that when nate davis (as a freshman) played against #2 Michigan 2 years ago they were 5 TD underdogs
well ball state lost 34-26 after leading all game and they had a chance to win it at the end of the game
nate went 18 of 34 for 250 yards with a touchdown and an interception
(as a freshman)
playing with a bunch of nobodys
(o and not to mention that 1 interception? a last second hail mary into the endzone as time expired)
not to bad.. eh?
