So it is recommended for me to use my SPs and cap strength at 73 before I starting adding SPs to blocking?

Just retire him if you haven't put too much flex in

What you should know about building an o-line player.
UPDATED 1/10/2010
Training:

Always train on intense.
Start with strength / blocking.
Cap strength first, because it has no other pair besides blocking.
After you cap strength (level 3), you should continue to train strength / blocking at a few caps, until you get strength up to 68 or so. Then move training options.

don't you think that quad-training should be used to get the bonus 30% ?

I agree, but is there a consensus on what is the best method nowadays? The OP has some good stuff still, but updates are needed.

I read this after making my LOT, retiring him. Planning the next builds to be quad train: Str, Blk, Agi, and then I'm wondering whether Con or Vis should be next. Any ideas?
