This is very much the case. Anybody who thinks a game where 95+% of the plays were the exact same play call is a good game is nuts, regardless of who the winner was, or what the final score is.

I guess that answers my question... kinda. A poor example is still an example I guess.

I think the example was to demonstrate the most repetitiveness possible in picking regions.

Not sure I follow. The example is permitted under the rules. If you disagree with the rules, I can appreciate that. But, that doesn't make it a poor example.
