AAA2 isn't even 1/2 as hard as USA Pro. The Gamblers were 60-4 including 14-2 in AAA and four conference championship games in the playoffs in their four seasons prior to coming here. We finished 8-8 last year. You thought you were humbled a bit last season when your team struggled the first half, you haven't even come close to being humbled.

You did. Season 1, Season 2, and Season 3 Conference Championship game. We went 15-1 in season 3 (our lone loss was to the Mudcats, we beat the Aces in the regular season but lost to them in the CCG), Aces promoted that year. We went 16-0 in season 4, 15-1 in season 5 (lone loss to Washington Slashers), 14-2 in season 6 (losses to Footstar, Wolfpack). We lost more last year then we had in our previous 5 seasons combined. Like I said - humbling.

Oh nevermind I missed the in the last 4 seasons part. Sorry hazy .

Funny thing about VAs, the Marauders didn't do a very good job with them and we still went a long ways.

My predictions concerning new teams:

2 will do really well, and make the playoffs easily
5 will be on the edge, and 2-3 will make it with the others right behind them.
2 will not do well.

Predicting which they will be is not nearly as easy though. I would not be surprised to see the Wolfpack as the 3rd seed, or the 11th.

Other than the Power or Combo HBs who loaded up on Bruiser, were there ANY players/teams who did well with VAs?

I know we sucked with em *looks at Haskell, our FB who maxed Heavyweight* LOFL

I saw a HB in FA with 14 in Soccer Star.....

I think QBs did pretty well with VAs. If not there is something wrong with them!

QBs did ok

Yea I really meant did any whole teams do well (saying "our HBs kicked butt with Bruiser" notwithstanding... should've included QBs too)...

Tbh, I was really saying did anyone have players that were happy with the non-% gain VAs other than Bruiser and a couple of QB ones I guess...

Does anybody know where I can find any 41 QBs offhand?

i think you're right on w/your 3rd or 11th comment.......the talent level in the league is much deeper now, and playoff spots will really be fought for again this year. soon, barring guttings, we'll be seeing teams get relegated and then earning their way back up
