I had no interest in keeping anyone in the league and I have no idea how you got stuck there. I only have interest in getting bad or unhappy out and good and better in.

Because as I said .. its never happened before this season, I was never successful .. and blaming the fact that something fell through with Bort on me in childish. Shit .. do I want to blame the fact that we couldnt get Silesia out of EE Pro for 4 seasons on you Kutzy?

Nope .. I just kept on trying each year to get teams that didnt want to field a team out of EE Pro.

Also, Bort can at his choosing fix things that he sees are costing him money .. I made a business case that we need good teams to come up and bad teams to go.

While I agree 100% that your team earned the right to be in this league as it stood last season Kutzy, when you released all of your players, it stopped being a Pro League caliber team and therefore lost its right to be here.

I also understand why you wanted to keep your team instead of getting on a list .. so I understand why you didnt want to sell it, but why you are upset about getting moved out of a Pro league with an empty team .. that I cant understand. An empty team has no right to be in a Pro League, while a team like Hellas, who has been waiting ALL of their agents have been waiting a long time are stuck down in AAA. One agent (you) isnt worth the enjoyment and honestly, cash of all those other agents.

I understand that you are upset, but be upset about factual things. I didnt have anything to do with anything except getting you swapped for Hellas, hell I didnt even pick Hellas, Bort did .. I gave him 3 teams, he felt Hellas was the best I guess (they werent first on the list), so take that for what its worth.

You just are to arrogant to get it. Nobody kicked the Dolphins out of the NFL last season and it looks like the Lions are staying put. If you were an NFL owner, I'm sure you would be trying to have them removed as well for not being a "pro league caliber" team. Bort is losing money because of stupid shit like this, not because a team doesn't meet the standards of an owner. If he really wants to get to the heart of it, he would move Prague and EEPro would be a lot more fun.

We were losing teams in the EE Region because they werent promoting because there was a glut of bad teams at the top that felt that they "deserved" to be at the top even though they are only here because the promotion system is broken.

Clearly Bort believed otherwise. I suggested that Dogdandy be demoted as well .. but Bort felt that, while they were very thin on talent, they had a chance to recruit enough of a roster to maybe not get demoted. He did not feel the same way about your team.

The rules state that you have to be in the bottom 2 to relegate. Kutzy was not in the bottom two. So your logic is that the ones who actually win Zeta AAA should be demoted before they have lost the right to be in the pro league? That's fucked up anyway you look at it.

THAT is NOT a Pro caliber team. Who cares why he got demoted. Who did what. That team does not deserve to be in pro if there are better teams in AAA that have been stuck for several seasons. I used to own the Warsaw Warriors (until I gave it to my GM). We started at the end of season 1 damn near the bottom and it took until this season to get to pro. Why should that team stay in pro, after gutting, just because he was already here? If he gutted, he should have known that he would get moved down. If I was playing in AAA and saw that team playing in pro I would of thought, why bother trying to get to pro if there are better teams here in AAA? Get over it. He can earn his way back.

As far as the forum, I agree. There is more shitty threads in this forum than FFA. When we first got to PRO, I came in to see what people were talking about and saw how bad it was. This League might only be a joke because of the forum, but I expected some usless threads because I have seen thegenerel's work in past seasons. Now I see there are a few more thegenerels here. Maybe Randy comes across bossy and someone trying too hard to be a Mod, but if it helps this forum, I might actully spend some time in it, instead of avoiding it.

Noone said only the top 2 teams is moved up or down. The rules, as stated by Bort, are BOTTOM 2 teams are relegated to the league below it, CPU owned teams are relegated to the bottom tier. They were neither CPU, nor bottom 2. If the argument is he gutted, he should be in the bottom tier like a CPU team, not AAA. Teams are promoted UP based on the need to fill.

If you think teams are being demoted without meeting that criteria, or without the OWNER of THAT TEAM asking to be flagged for demotion, you're wrong. It's happened only once, in this league. That's not Bort changing the rules of the game for playability and competitiveness, that's targeting.

He should have also "requested" to be in the bottom league instead of trying to stay in pro. It's his fault he didn't end up in a bottom league. (he also has higher level players)

He earned his way to Pro league, he should have had to be relegated before being moved.
