You wouldn't play level 51 teams... Odds are you would play a team that is 57 or 60 by this time next season

whatever increase in levels other teams would get we would also get. thats not the point

the point is that our L45 team was equivalent to the other L51 teams you had in the tourney at that time. so whatever levels our teams gained in the interim would wash and we would still be equivalent to most of the previously L51 teams

weve been playing teams that outleveled us all season - and we crushed them. heres our playoff run to the championship this season:

12/13/2008 Newfoundland Cows W 62-0
12/15/2008 Hudson Bay Bears W 59-13
12/17/2008 Atlantic Schooners W 63-20
12/19/2008 at Vancouver Jax W 62-12

thats a combined score in the playoffs of 246 - 45

the championship loser (Vancouver) was 19-0 when we beat them

im sorry but you just flat out made a mistake. several of them, in fact

- before you accepted our application you should have checked our team profile to see that i was telling you the truth that we were crushing our higher leveled opponents
- when you did accept our application you should have left us in the tourney
- and then when you kicked us out you should have at least had the courtesy of pming us. hell i even pm people telling them why i declined a scrimmage

and now that we are bringing some of our older players to our newly uncapped team we are getting even stronger

we are exactly the kind of elite team you should want in your allegedly premier tournament. even if we did get blown out by a higher seed in early rounds it doesnt change the fact that we are an extremely well managed team that is at least equivalent to most of the lower leveled teams you already have here

in our new league we will routinely be playing teams that outlevel us by 8-12 player levels. i need to gauge exactly how competitive we are so i could use some scimmages against higher leveled teams before the season starts. if any of you previously L51 teams want to test out my premise just send me an invite

this will be my last post on the subject, but you did indeed make a mistake

I'm not sure you understand the quality of teams in the landry tournament. I respect your game planning ability and your heart to want to be a part of this tournament but to be honest your team would get crushed... As good as the players on your team might be built. There are going to be teams in this field at the start of the season that the lowest starter on each side of the ball is going to be level 40... Ill use your D line as a example. With the boost next season they would be 26.... I think the international tournament would have teams close to the level of yours. I'm not sure why they wanted in so badly only to get crushed in the 1st round. Good thing scrimmages don't affect morale. Maybe I'll be nice and put my DT at starting QB. I guess they'll get to test out how well they do when they are outleveled by 10+ levels. Good experience right?
