I know if I beat the team that's going to the Big 12 Championship I would be bitter. You would too if the shoe was on the other foot.

Why would I be bitter? We beat you guys heads up. Stoops cronies that have voting privileges had an easy decision by giving BlowU a handout because the Big12 committee didn't have the balls to come up with a legitimate 5th tiebreaker. Talk about your OOC schedule (nobody knows how good or bad teams will be when schedules are made years in advance) or tell us all again just how badly you beat a worn down Tech on your home field.

45-35 is all that should have counted. I'm not bitter. Most of us are over it. We just can't wait to see the team that lost the RRS to lose again against a huge underdog. Just in case BlowU does happen to limp through the Big 12 Championship game, let me be the first to say that there is no way in hell you win the NCG.

Maybe if Texas wouldn't have choked against Texas Tech in the first place, we wouldn't be having this discussion. OU shut down Harrell and Crabtree, if Texas would have done the same you would be undefeated and all would be great in Austin. But you didn't, and in collge football, once you lose a game, you usually no longer control your own destiny. It's sad and unfair but until we get a playoff system, that's just the way it is.

Texas didn't choke against TT. They ran out of gas. Texas played BlowU, Mizzou, Okie State, and finally TT all in a row. I can't find a tough 4 game stretch for BlowU because it doesn't exist. Their toughest two game stretch was Texas then Kansas? I'm surprised you guys lost a game at all with the way that schedule fell this season.

I will always be more impressed with the way Texas played in 2008 than any other team. No team could have done what they did with that brutal schedule. Two of the main reasons why are Mack Brown (deserving of Coach of the Year) and McCoy (deserving of the Heisman).

I find it hilarious that the Big 12 gave Stoops Coach of the Year in a season when he didn't even beat his main rival. I can understand giving it to Leach. He actually deserves it.

Doesnt matter really. Florida will stomp the shit out of any of them.

Without Percy (11+ Yards per Play) they won't be as potent. I agree that they are one of the top two teams in the nation though. Kirby Smart and Kevin Steele are gonna lose some sleep preparing for that O.

Percy will play in the NC so it doesn't really matter. Alabama has little shot at knocking them off w/ or w/o Harvin.
