Anyone heard news about the issues with QB's from the last weeks games? I know a lot of folks where complaining about really poor completion % ( like in the 20s ).

Newbie owner of the Philly Brokebacks here. We have a bunch of new young and highly active players, which means we have alot of low lvl players and are not very competitive against the top teams.
My question is, regardless of how active we are and how much we improve, all other players gain lvl as well. How does one ever improve and pass out those teams constructed earlier??? No draft and no real prospect system as every prospect progresses so long as their owner is active. Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated.

The top 2 teams in the league get moved up to a higher division while the worst teams in the league get moved down. So the top teams leave, opening up new teams a chance to win and if you really suck, you get dropped down to an easier division.
Also, you can keep signing higher level players in the free agent market. Next off-season there should be a ton of high level players looking for teams.
Also, the shelf life of a player is about 10 seasons. Then their stats start to decline.
