That is a problem? People want to spend the flex for a complete team, then by all means do.

Some people seem to think it is ... I seriously doubt that Bort thinks people spending that much flex to field an entire team is a problem, though. Especially if they're boosters

Have not heard any official updates in a while now. I'm trying to be a little patient with it though since we had about 30 official sim changes in the offseason, and sim server problems the first few days of the season that are (I think) still being resolved or at least monitored.

But it would be nice if we could get some kind of indication whether this is going to remain a back-burner issue or be put back up for consideration.
