If I was Bort and had been the one to invest all the time in creating a very good online game, I'd be absolutely livid that the people I hired (family or not) had through ineptitude or arrogance ruined everything I worked for.
The shortcomings of this game that have turned people off enough to leave have ALWAYS been in the administration and moderation of the site. Children don't have enough money to buy meaningful flex packages, treating your adult members like children or idiots turns us off enough that we choose to spend our money elsewhere.
Business is simple if you're a halfway decent human being who legitimately cares about your customers... this is where DD struggles.

just because the dude said he wasn't given a reason does not mean that he wasn't. remember all this came from a guy that spilled the beans. there could easily be more to it than snitch22 led on, and some people have the integrity to not drag others names through the mud (also could be some legal reasons for them not to drag names through the mud)
