Pats receivers thought they were playing soccer at the end. It's OK to use your hands.

Shoulda, coulda, woulda! Teams win Super Bowls because they make fewer mistakes than their opponents. Giants did exactly that.

And once again, Eli Manning out clutches Tom Terrific for the Super Bowl win and the MVP!

Giants made tons of mistakes and won that game

*hint* Bradshaw shoulda fell down at the 1 yard line instead of scoring.Lucky Brady didn't pull off another comeback with the time they left on the clock for him.Not to mention the number of times the Giants fumbled the ball but got it back those times.

nice to see the Giants overcome a bunch of missed defensive pass interference calls. Giants beat the Pats and the officials

Still mad over a legit call?

The tuck rule had been called numerous times before and numerous times since. The call was right because Brady was bringing the ball back in when he was hit.

NFL Rule 3, Section 22, Article 2, Note 2. When [an offensive] player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his arm starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body. Also, if the player has tucked the ball into his body and then loses possession, it is a fumble.

If anything Woodson should have been called for a personal foul for a illegal blow to the head.
HEAD SLAP
Article 2 A defensive player shall not contact an opponent above the shoulders with the palm of his hands
except to ward him off on the line. The exception applies only if it is not a repeated act against the same
opponent during any one contact.

LEGAL CONTACT
Article 3 A defensive player may use the palm of his hands on an
an opponent’s head, neck, or face only to
ward off or push him in an actual attempt to get at a loose ball.

Video of play is at 3:49 mark http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDQAmuZ8t94&feature=player_embedded

You can blame the refs all you want but they had 22 Seconds, 2 Timeouts, 2 All Time great WRs, a QB playing just as good as any and the best kicker in the NFL with the ball on the 35. Do they put their faith in the guys they have? No, they put their faith in the coin toss.
