The top few seeds will be. In the East, at least, there's a few scenarios where positions, and even who is in and out could flip in the last week.

I'm not really sure Michigan can be discounted in round 1 yet yet. Hence why I am hoping for a victory over New York, so we can take the 3 seed and avoid Michigan

I don't know I think the East top 4 are a lock in round 1, guess I have more faith in your team and NY's than you do

I have all the faith in the world in my teammates. It's my piss poor game planning I worry about, because it got our asses stomped against Manhattan AND New Brunswick. For one instance, I made a STUPID mistake against Manhattan that was pathetic and cost us 14 points(whether the passes would have been made anyway is debatable, but I don't think BOTH of them would have went the distance if not for my mistake, maybe one of them)

If you look at the overalls in the matchups, we actually "seem" to have the best team atm(Overall 33, Passing 39 for example). I *think* that means that the builds of the players on this team are very solid, so the only place the mistakes can be made is within the game plan.

I'm not saying we are the superior team to either of you, but I do think that we should have kept both of those games to within 3-7 and the plan I used for each game did not go as well as I expected. Mostly in the case of New Brunswick, who not only broke 100 rushing yards against us for the first time, but SHATTERED that 100 yards.

I truly think that we have a much better shot when the advanced tactics come in and we can do some different things. With it being as basic as it is now, it's really hard for me to choose what to do because I feel like it is a lackluster system. When they add the new tactics I plan to split things up and have an Offensive and Defensive Coordinator and I plan to scout much more extensively.

Sometimes I really wish people were willing to discuss game plans after the fact. I often find myself typing out what we tried and we we think should work but didn't. Then I have to delete it because I realize that it would be "sleeping with the enemy" so to speak.

Malakias,

I understand the desire to talk tactics. And now you know why I put a tight muzzle on my team.

One more thing, the matchups are a very gross indicator. Just for example, there is one team that has 15 lv 7 OTs and their blocking number on the matchups is 40+. Now, maybe it is true that 15 lv 7 OTs is a formidable blocking force. But I just think it is measureing something that only loosely equates to on field performance.

That said, I think you team is strong and the fact that you didn't have any tough games until the end worked against you. Now you have to losses in a row and no breathing room to experiment with different stuff.

Having a D coord and O coord can only help. Wayne does the offense for us and i do the defense for us so we give gameplans to DVS and he fiddles with them to all our agreements. Has worked good so far

It is probably a good idea not to share your game plans. But I also see that and I really don't know how the matchup #'s come about. It has never made sense to me really. I saw that you guys were higher rated but looking at the positions and player levels didn't make sense in my opinion. I did a thread in our forum that showed our guys had over 30 more levels as starters combined and way over that for back-ups. So I think a lot of those #'s are BS!!!!

I think its based on the "stats" of the players. So a player with 50 blocking and 50 strength will be "good" but what if his stanima is like 12. Then he will stink on the field. You cant really look at the matchups you gotta go to each player on the opposing team and try to catch any of them with their stats open to everyone and see if you can exploit said players. Then the gameplan comes into effect and lastly chemistry.
