I like that you get too start off with 'little kid' dots and get to build up as they age and develop their skills.

Yeah there is that. Sometimes it does something in a situation that makes no sense, like calling TO with a 40 seconds to go in the half on fourth down, just to kick a FG. Luckily we've never got hurt by it yet but its annoying when something like that happens. Its not really a big deal, but theoretically if we were fixing things it'd probably be an easier fix than most and would be worth a little fine tuning IMO- were we fixing things, theoretically.
