That is provided the cost structure dropped 1/3rd. Even more reasonable that they would drop the refund % considerably.

Well lets think about basic microeconomics. A basic supply and demand curve.

http://kapitalism101.wordpress.com/2012/06/09/supply-and-demand-script-for-a-video-that-may-never-be-made/

GLB has a flexible supply curve so the price should techinically be dictated by demand. Imo, it seems like demand has gone down tremendously which should force GLB to lower their price and generate more income. But for some reason, they continue ripping people off, pissing people off, and losing customers and money.

It's a strategy that's worked well imo.....not a wise strategy long term but it has worked...we are still here

Why would they drop the refund %?

Awful strategy. Over half of the customers that have quit this game is due to flex costs. If they halved the price, i bet you 60% of that half would still be here and buying flex, resulting in more cash for Bert and DD to pay catch

Luckily for me I don't make those decisions or most of the Year 1 and 2 customers would still be here playing

Id want that to be the case. More competition, more activity is more fun.
